That dude is just ridiculous. But I guess after 25 years of doing it you had better be. I cant tell ya how happy I was when I walked into work tonight and Laura put a copy of J. Roccs unbelievable "Syndromes 2" mix down in front of me. Originally only available as a promotional item, this mix appears to be available to the public after 3 years of rareness.
Didnt pick that up today, tho I need to. Its in a cardboard digipak. Ive got one in a jewel case from 2005. But Ill probably be pretty happy to have both someday soon. I did get 4 xbox games on used screen. Forza 2, Burnout Paradise, Cabela's African Safari and Condemned 2. all for less than the cost of Madden 09 which is still waiting for me up at Blockbuster on preorder. I got Ride The Lightning on 45RPM double vinyl. I picked up the 2 new Jay Reatard 7"s. and I got an Atlas Sound 7". Also managed a copy of GBV's "The Pipe Dreams Of Instant Prince Whippet". Also got an Arcade Fire import single for Neighborhood #3 POWER OUT.
Had a decent day. Off tomorrow, going to meet my son's first teacher. weird.
